Our offer
We offer you one double room and one twin room in rural house shared with owners, a bathroom located between the two and a WC in the communal area.
A spacious living room with large windows, an open and fully equipped kitchen-dining room, sitting-room with good acoustics and with TV, DVD and sound system.

With an area slightly over a hectare, it is located on the northern slope of the Aitana mountains (municipality of Confrides, Alicante), at a height of 770 m. Typical Mediterranean vegetation, with almond and olive trees and surrounded by pine forests. Now and then, you may see partridges and rabbits. Views: the Serrella mountains, the Bernia mountain range, the Guadalest valley and its reservoir, the Mediterranean sea and the Aitana mountains.
Silence and peace are guaranteed: the closest house is one kilometre away and at a lower height.
